  • GROUND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 1 TEASPOON ITALIAN SEASONING
  • 1 POUND GROUND TURKEY, COOKED AND DRAINED
  • 1 (16 OUNCE) BOX TRADITIONAL WHOLE WHEAT LASAGNA NOODLES
  • 1 (15 OUNCE) CARTON LOW FAT COTTAGE CHEESE
  • 2 CUPS SHREDDED LOW FAT MOZZARELLA CHEESE
