Ingredients
- 2 CANS (14.5 OZ. EACH) CONTADINA® DICED TOMATOES, DRAINED
- 1 TBSP. PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 2 TBSP. BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- ½ TSP. CURRY POWDER
- ¼ TSP. GROUND CUMIN
- ¼ TSP. GROUND ALLSPICE
- ¼ TSP. DRIED RED PEPPER FLAKES
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET; BRING TO A BOIL OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT.
- REDUCE TO MEDIUM; COOK, UNCOVERED, 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOMATOES ARE VERY TENDER AND THICKENED, STIRRING FREQUENTLY, MASHING LARGE TOMATO PIECES WITH BACK OF A SPOON.
